Coronavirus update: Easing of restrictions In Melbourne

In line with the Victorian government’s recent announcements last week of the easing of COVID-19 restrictions for metro Melbourne, our display homes and design studios are open for appointments.

We will continue our variety of remote communications including phone calls and video conferencing for those who prefer to communicate with our experts remotely.

We want to ensure you that the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and communities remain our highest priority and our COVID-19 precautions strictly remain in place:  We ask for your patience with the team as they work to our COVID Safe Plan including:

• Mandatory wearing of your personal face mask
• Hand sanitisation
• Compliance to all social distancing and space rules
• Limiting the number of people in each display home to a maximum of 10 people at any one time, including staff
• Adopting the 1.5 metre social distancing requirement at all times.
• Applying the 1 person per 4 square metre rules for any enclosed or internal workspaces i.e. Sales Offices.

Please understand that we are unable to see you if you:

• Are unwell or display any flu like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath and/or breathing difficulties
• Have been exposed to a person who has tested positive to COVID-19 or waiting for result
• Have had a test for COVID-19 with a positive result or waiting for results
• Are in quarantine as per government requirements

For our current customers building with us, rest assured we are committed to keeping our new home builds moving. Our construction team have done a wonderful job handling the recent restrictions and build delays that have been kept to an absolute minimum. Should there be any delays or should something unanticipated arise, you will be notified directly.

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and be sure to keep you updated should there be any changes to our policies and procedures.
